Congratulations to Parents for ADHD Advocacy Australia member Lou Kuchel for becoming a finalist at the Blackmores Women and Wellbeing Awards in March.

Lou has been unwavering in her commitment to advocating for change to improve the lives of people with ADHD. We particularly applaud her for collaborating with the Roald Dahl estate, Warner Bros and writers of the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory musical to remove negative stereotypes depicting ADHD in the production.

As the musical extends its performance to other states in Australia, we can seek comfort in knowing that children with ADHD will no longer have to face stigmatising portrayals of their condition.
